Looking for a Co-Owner / Investor for a upcoming minecraft network.

Hey everyone I'm currently working on a new minecraft server and basically i'm looking for someone who's willing to take a part in the project
Current goal is getting both setups for 1.8 and 1.21 Factions fully done, with plans to expand into Skyblock, Lifesteal, Prisons, and more gamemodes later on
I've got a lot of experience with 1.8 servers and own 50+ custom plugin source codes from previous projects. Branding is done and there's a test server up (1.21 facs is in the making halfway done)

Looking for someone who:

• Knows modern Minecraft (1.21+)
• Can help with ideas, configuring, and development decisions
• Seeks to run a network long-term
• Is willing to invest a bit into the network (hosting and future expenses - splits 50-50)

This would be a co-owner position with a share of the network ownership, more details can be discussed privately.
