I'm looking for someone to work closely with to start creating a server.


I have the ideas mapped out, graphics mostly done & am somewhat experienced in plugin development / configuration & website development.



For a Co-Owner, I'm looking for someone to help out in every aspect - & would have to split the cost financially.


'Operations' Manager (as I will refer to it), would basically be the closest thing to Owner, but wouldn't have to contribute financially. It would entail: Working & coming up with projects, massive dedication & availability, some plugin configuration, sorting out staff etc.
