-Help with setting up configuring plugins, setting up bungeecord etc
-Time and dedication
-Domain
-HALF funds for advertisements

-Funding the setup of the server (roughly $220/month)
- HALF Funds for advertisements
-Time and dedication

We can discuss equity but depending on advertisement costs, it can be 55/45 or 60/40 in favour of the new co-owner
