Only who has experience with obfuscating, creating checkers, auths, email checkers and etc.
The checker is basicly not hard to do, but it should have many functions and be stable. There is plenty of this kind checkers already, but just need more advanced. Also have source code of similar program with less features.
Will need SRC of the program aswell.
Auth is not necessery, i need source code for the reason - if the person would dissapear, i could still find another person to edit the program/add more functionality.
