What I did for him till he decided to lie and say "I will be gone till tuesday" but thats besides the point:

Created ranks with names.
Added every faction necessary essentials perm.
made the kits exactly like he said to his liking 100%.

ok for one, I was never told by you if you even wanted ranks nor what the rank names, rank colors were to be. I just made up a template and asked if it was ok you never said no can you change the color etc. you said and I quote "it looks good".[DOUBLEPOST=1499017171][/DOUBLEPOST]SandKing there is nothing I provided that could be deemed low quality mid quality high quality. Wow lol, i guess you weren't lying. He really doesn't know what to do when it comes to servers. He has no clue upon what is good/bad. It was kinda funny, I also offered him to make a list of an example of what he wanted and he said no to that too. I was just trying to open to him as he doesn't explain what he wants perfectly. Well, i guess do not work with this user, sounds like he will end up charging back after ur done. (Just out of experience not saying 100% chance of a scam but yeah). Like he said beware.
