Hello I'm looking for someone who can develop a custom enchant particle plugin and a few colored glows. I'd want enchanted books that give enchants to items such as "Wither Particles" when combined in an anvil and this enchant makes the item emit particles.

I'd also like enchants that give players glow such as adding Blue Glow to a pickaxe makes the player holding it glow blue
