Looking for a custom prison plugin

Hello, I am the owner of a small network which has a new prison server coming out soon! All the while as I have been making the server with my team, we have yet to find a prison plugin that would work for us. So now we are turning to one of you to make us a custom prison plugin for us. Here is what we need:


Sell Multipliers:

➧ Physical items such as a nether star that you can give players and can be activated by right clicking the item.
➧ Able to customize the name, item ID, lore, multiplier strength, and duration of the multiplier.
➧ Make more than one multiplier
➧ Command that you can give someone a multiplier, but without an item.
➧ Priority Multipliers: If you activate two multipliers, the higher one will enable and the one with lesser value will pause until the higher one has run out.
➧ Compatible with Vault
➧ Global and personal multipliers


Virtual Shops:

➧ Compatible with the sell multipliers
➧ Create Multiple Shops
➧ Add as many items for any price to a specific shop
➧ Compatible with sell sign and sellall command (below)
➧ Individual permissions per shop


Sellall Command + Sellall Signs:

➧ Customizable sign formatting
➧ Works with the virtual shops
➧ Works with the sell multipliers
➧ Access to the sign for that shop if they have the permission


Custom Fortune Blocks:

➧ Auto-Inventory and Auto-Smelting (No auto-block)
➧ Every x amount of fortune you get x more blocks per block mined. Beginning at fortune x. (I can explain in more detail on Skype/PM)
➧ Tool whitelist (What tools can fortune what blocks)
➧ Item whitelist (What items are affected by fortune with tool x)
➧ World whitelist (What worlds allow auto-inventory, auto-smelt, and fortune blocks)
➧ Customizable full inventory message
➧ Compatible with explosive enchantment (TokenEnchant)


Additional Global Features:

➧ Color code support
➧ Fully configurable language.yml file
➧ Version 1.8.8 support
➧ If possible, make the plugin name "BlawkPrison"

I have a deadline for the prison release on November 28th, so I will need the plugin by the 23rd at the latest, so only those of you with lots of time should take care of this. I am willing to pay $40-50 for this plugin to be custom made by the date above.

Well, I am pretty new at this, so once I actually get an offer for a price, I will know what the ideal price is

Six Actually, I'm not that happy with them. Half of the "developers" are horrible at programming and look more for money than anything. I see kids coding calculators and trying to sell them for $5.00. Others fight over commissions by spamming threads with their "vouches" from their friends. It's not very pleasing to see, in my opinion.

Six I have school and I seldom ask for more than what a plugin is worth because I am CHOOSING to do that commission. The client does NOT have to take your schedule into consideration because you are OFFERING the work. Don't act like you are required to do development work when you have school.

You don't have to spam vouches to make yourself look reputable, simply make a message like this: "I can do this for you, add me on Skype @ 'nodus_v2'. You can see my portfolio here."

Six At first you said that doing a project has to be "worth wild" due to school and now you are saying that you have plenty of time because you're "homeschooled man".

Why would you charge more for a plugin when a client shouldn't ever have to be considering the bills you have to pay and/or the time you have? Your situation shouldn't change the price of a plugin, but, frankly, I agree that some people do have different ideas of how something is worth and that usually depends on their low skill level.
