Looking for a custom rpg skyblock

Hello, we want to build a skyblock inspired by hypixel, just in a very simplified version. We have purchased some plugins (ultimate core, ore regen, exec. items, etc.).
In any case, it would also involve creating custom items including textures.
We currently have a 1500×1500 rpg spawn map and some islands for it. It is also necessary to secure islands around the spawn such as mining islands, boss islands, either by buying already built ones or by building

I would like to ask what the price range would be if someone made us a complete setup with the basis of skyblock, or if someone continued the development of skyblock on our server.

Current free funding for the project is $40-70/month or otherwise by agreement

We also welcome long-term cooperation after we open skyblock
