Looking for a custom texture pack designer

Hello, I am looking for someone that can make a completely custom texture pack /resource pack for my server to enhance the players experience. Most have a portfolio of there work and have some background in pokemon/pixelmon.

You know minecraft have over 250 x3 faces (top, bottom and side) diferent type of block/item/texture/ ?? The texture need to be tiable (repetitive wihout errors). I can make this, but will cost over 350$ (hand drawn). I have experience in game developer using 3d texture in Unity3D and Cinema 4D for modeling, so i know what i do . http://skaryo-drawn.info/
