Looking for a Dedicated Developer

Hello,

I am looking for a long-term & dedicated developer for a project I am starting (everything is in place, but before it can move any further, it needs a foundations of semi-stable plugins so I can begin advertising & preparing for an Alpha).

I am not looking to break the bank, but terms can be discussed via Discord & you will be compensated through excess server profit, also.

It will require fluency in Java & you will need to be able to show a multitude of previous work & experience when prompted.

It will be a large project with multiple custom plugins involved (as well as planned updates/events throughout), so if you're someone looking to commit yourself to a long-term venture, while also building up your portfolio & eventually financially capitalising on the commercial success of the server - add me on Discord: Heiki#8008 (or alternatively leave yours for me to add you) & I will elaborate further & we can discuss everything.

I'd expect the latter, given how this community tends to work. Pretty stupid if that's the case, and pretty stupid for any developer that decides to take someone up on such an offer.

If it's money + any "excess" profit, then I guess that's ok.

Paid initially, as well as from excess server profit.
