Usually when you offer a low budget people will carelessly accept your project and then disregard you.

Raise your budget.

That's the great part of business. You see, I'm like you. Many other big corporations like Walmart are trying to find the CHEAPEST ways to produce there products to maximize profit.

To my experience, I was able to find a really affordable and dedicated developer off HF. You will find someone eventually to do the job, but with the great prices comes the great hassles.

Again you don't know my budget, and Id appreciate it if we could just stick to the topic. If you aren't a developer willing to help leave. Thanks

State your budget then. You claimed that nobody wants to deal with you. Nobody is going to contact you unless you have a reason behind it.

I shouldn't need to post a budget, hence asking them to PM or Skype me. I don't tell them what I want to spend, I ask them what they want for their services.
