Looking for a DEV for Spigot minecraft server

Hello im looking for a dev that is able to do this list of jobs:

1. Able to create plugins
2. Able to maintain the plugins that created.
3. Assist with other plugins when it comes to fixing them or finding out whats wrong

Other requirements are:

1. Has discord
2. Is of the age of 18 or over
3. Has proof of previous dev work and/or Plugins.

The dev that is hired will be paid for each plugin he does, maintains and fixes.
I will be open to prices on plugins as I know each one will be bigger or smaller and will be happy with that price.
When it comes to maintaining and fixing we would come to an agreement of what price would be fair for this.

How will a developer create plugins for vanilla Minecraft may I ask?

Do you mean a spigot server? Because vanilla servers aren't able to utilize plugins.

Not a problem, I was thinking you may have meant someone handy with command blocks which some developers do for vanilla. I'm not 18 but if you need an extra developer I'm capable.
