Looking for a dev team to tackle a custom network!

Hello there i am seeking a highly advanced and skilled set of developers to tackle a whole custom network setups.

Must have skills including but not limited to:
- Good knowledge of Spigot API and Minecraft server code as a whole.
- Good understanding of Redis and or equivalent.
- Good understanding of databases and how they work and which one is more efficient to tackle different type of tasks(MongoDB, MariaDB.. etc).
- Good and clean understanding code skills.
- PHP knowledge.
- Web development knowledge
- Good understanding and knowledge of Java.

I am looking for those qualifications because the network i am planning is going to withhold 1k-3k+ concurrent players if you are interested to fill any field of the development team you don’t have to know all the skills but any is good enough, you just have to be open for improvement and work as a team!

This can be a paid or interest job, You can either bring your team to work on this and have a cut of the profit donations or you can get paid on the spot for continuous development.

For the development i will sponsor everything including servers/website/builds
I will be looking for investors in the near future.
