Looking for a dev to make a pets plugin

So I'm looking for a dev that can code a fully customizable pets plugin

How it will work:
someone will do /pets and it will open a customizable GUI that has 4 categories in it:
- pet shop
- owned pets
- active pets
- Pet upgrades
To purchase the pets they will be bought with XP (the cost of each pet is customizable)
Pets will be spawned as an actual mob that won't attack anything around it but also have the option to be spawned virtually and it will have a hologram on its head saying {pet}{level}

The pets will follow you.
