Looking for a DEV

Don't worry about the language of the server it will be ENGLISH.

All I want is someone who is able to develop a server for my audience.
I tried once and I got a lot of donations for the server from the first day but stopped because I can't handle it.
What I'm going to pay you is %25 from the donation (It could be higher but we need to discuss that in private) And I will pay you from my side if needed.

The developer who is able to hold the server and honest, responsible one.
I'm able to pay for the Dedicated server, Website hosting, Custom email etc. But All I need is someone who can focus on this project and give me his time with hard-working.

Requirements:

- 16 Years old or older.
- Experienced in Java, CraftBukkit/Spigot And Bungee cord (Has a deep understanding of them).
- Neat, Honest and Responsible.
- Has a good previous work (Server, Huge plugins etc..)
- Creative and Hard Working.

*Note: A lot of people adding me and then they don't meet the requirements or they are not able to handle that. Please don't contact me if you are not.

Other than that I already made a server but stopped because I couldn't find someone who's neat and honest with me to continue. My previous server is: FOXMC Network

I already said that in the thread. I will pay the developer if he didn't get any donations or any money.
Please read it carefully.

The problem isn't from spending money. The real problem is finding someone who's really good and honest with his work.

Age limits aren't usually appreciated. Post what you want in a dev, and if they meet your skill and maturity requirements then it shouldn't matter how old they are. Also, make it clearer in your original post that you're willing to supplement donations with money if it falls through, as donation promises don't mean anything to any experienced developers.

Most important thing is Age limit, Why?
Because many times I got 13-15 years old dev and they acting like kids and never being really working just waste of time and money.

Well perhaps you're bad at hiring.

I agree with that i'm bad at hiring.
By my mistakes of hiring wrong people I learned a lot of how to choose the right ones.

Dang so many people picking on a new member. tsk tsk anyways if your a 300k+ YouTuber and looking for a serious and professional developer your better of having a set amount of money etc, $1000 rather than donations which is a huge turn off for any good dev.

No worries, I got some good developers and I hope they are going to prove themselves And I would pay more than $1000 for them.
