Looking for a dev

Hi I'm Pug an owner of one of the best upcoming servers. We have decided to go with the name of RG-Craft for now but we are thinking of changing it too.

So as the title says I'm looking for a dev that will work for us and with us for a long time.

We are a community that has great ideas! But we are not experienced enough to turn these ideas into reality. Therefore I am looking for a developer that can fill in that gap in our community.

Our special gamemode will be SkyPrisons we have thought of AMAZING ideas.

Payment- Before I continue I want to say that we are not SCAMMING in any shape of form. The server to run will cost $75 a month . Logo - $45. Its not cheap. I know developing isnt either.
Our offer is a % of the earnings of the server. (Yes I know its one of the shittiest ways of payment but money is tight rn)

Most decent developers will not even consider working for percent of hypothetical donations. You won't find many, if any, decent applicants with that payment plan, sorry to say.

The community isn't at fault here, the people who offer donations as if they are worth something are. If servers succeeded more often, there might be a chance, but far too often people who aren't capable of running a profitable server claim that they are, and the result is wasted time for a developer who was promised donations. So don't blame the developing community, blame the people who promised developers money from a server that never made any.

That does sound like you're blaming the community a bit, no?
