Hello i am looking for a dev to make me a custom enchantment plugin where it is like cosmic in the sense that you do /enchanter and you get a book i am looking for 3 tiers of enchants based on the amount of levels a player can pay also it has to have % success and destroy and if i could get a white & black runes ( scrolls ) i dont want the names the same i want them to not look like i directly copied from either server. I would like it to have enchants from both cosmicpvp.me and pvp.thearchon.net
