Looking for a dev

I have a custom pets plugin but the dev i had was unable to get a few things right on it.
These are edits not a full new plugin
What needs doing:

• Exp system needs fixing, as of right now the system doesn't remove exp from the player.
• Can there be a data file made so it saves data, as of rn it sometimes bugs and the player looses their pets.
• New pet, iron golem pet, needs to be coded and able to hook into shopguiplus to give extra multi when active. (Example, level 1 gives 1.1x the cash, lvl 2 1.2x, ect and level 5 is 1.5x.
• All pets need to follow player.
• Change maximum pets able to be activated from 1 to 2.
• Everything made so its easy to alter and configure
• Leveling of pets. Configurable % chance per upgrade of pet. (example level 1 pet might have a 80% chance to upgrade and level2-3 might be a 60% chance)
• Ability to change the holograms above the pets heads.

I will pay but id rather get some quotes off people as im unsure of how much this will cost.

But can you be more precise about the budget you have? Because it is an edditing, so the prise would depend on the difficulty to code after someone else. But since your dev was unable to do the features you asked, I don't think he programmed it right.
