Looking for a developer (Custom Plugin, Paid)

Looking for a custom crafting plugin that allows me to setup custom crafting recipes.
(Hopefully with support for 1.7, 1.8, and 1.9)

I would like the plugin to be extremely configurable, and easy to use.

I have a decent budget for this plugin, and would be interested in owning the rights to it 100%, meaning only I have the rights to redistribute it, also would be interested in receiving the source code.

If you think you can do this for me, please message me or leave a comment with your contact information so I can get to you with a more in-depth idea of what I'm looking for.

I'm interested in payment being sent 50% at the start and 50% at the end, if you have a reasonable amount of vouches on this website. If you don't have any I would be needing to pay 100% on completion of the plugin.

Most developers here will make you pay 100% before you get the plugin since you're a new member.

A single plugin can't support all versions? Why does it need a recode? Using this for two servers, ones 1.7.10 and ones 1.9.2, seems weird to have one that supports those two versions and not 1.8
