I'm looking to pay a developer to fully set up our xenforo website, top to bottom (groups, permissions, forums, etc etc etc).

I would also like for this person/team to create for us a custom Xenforo theme.

This is a well paid job, no budget.

We also have the license, so no need to worry about that.
