Looking for a Developer for a Couple of Plugins

So, as a server owner I am looking to bring something unique to my server. Having unique features within your server is what keeps people coming back usually, right? Anyways, I'm not here to teach you all something or tell you how to run anything. I need a developer for a couple of fairly easy plugins (I think).

The first and most important plugin is a Capture Points plugin for Factions. How this would work is that there is a chest with a sign on it. You right click it if you're in a faction, then wait in the zone to neither neutralize if the point is captured, or capture the point if the point is neutralized. Once the point is under your faction's control. You're able to open the loot chest in the middle of the point that fills with loot every set amount of time (time can be changed via config). But if the point gets captured by another faction, the loot clears out. The loot that would be filling the chest every so often would have a chest a couple blocks underneath it underground that has the loot to place in it, or it could just be done through a config, but that would mean I can't place guns in there. I guess the best way to describe it is to put up a video of exactly what I'm looking for of a plugin that was abandoned and can no longer be obtained unless somebody has this CapturePoints plugin.

The second plugin I am going to need is a plugin that makes players invisible when you put on a full set of chain armor. Whether it's renamed, enchanted, both or neither, the full set would give you invisibility and wears off once any of the armor pieces are taken off.

I am also looking for ideas for guns on my server, since my server uses CrackShot and is made to be a factions server. I love the sound of new ideas and since I am currently redeveloping my server after a long hiatus, I'm wanting to hear from you guys.
