I want a challenge plugin where players can do /challenge
when a player does /challenge a broadcast goes into chat something like &7&l&m[&a&l&m+&7&l&m]&7---------------&7&l&m[&a&l&m+&7&l&m]
&7[player] has challenged [player] do /warp pvp to watch
&7&l&m[&a&l&m+&7&l&m]&7---------------&7&l&m[&a&l&m+&7&l&m]
When the challenge starts I have a colosseum where they would spawn into (so we need to be able to set spawn points) then on their screen it starts like an motd that says 3,2,1 and counts down then the gates get dropped and they can go fight. I also want a wall that automatically gets put up when a challenge is going on so that other players can't drop down and fight too.

You may need to pay a bit more than that. You are essentially asking for a fully custom exclusive minigame. This will run you up well over $100.
