The general idea of the server is slightly inspired by “prison” server. Where a player grinds for money and progresses through ranks to get various upgrades as better shop prices, more /kits etc.
When a player joins the server, they can roam the free world, go mining, chop wood etc. But the server shop will only be focused on farming items, being all plants/crops and animals.
The ranking system will boast loads of new features (all yet to be decided).
To make this server extra focused on farming the features unlocked will mainly be focused on making your farm more efficient and your income higher. For this I need help from you as a developer. I have a lot of trust in that if this server is properly developed it will do good.
For players to keep wanting to play I will implement loads of ranks to progress through and also prestiges that unlock permanent upgrades for the player when ranking through the ranks again.
I am currently looking for a developer to help me make this, as this is a new starting server i do not have a lot of funds, but i am open to sign a contract where you make a certain % of all donations and also a set payment that i pay you.
The main plugin i need help with is - When a player kills an animal or harvests any crop on this server that is done by the player breaking the block, killing the animal or harvesting a crop, the player will get “Organic produce”. However, when a player kills/harvest crops through any other activity than breaking it themselves, that could be automatic farms, the player will get “non-organic produce” or e with the standard vanilla name, stating that it is not farmed by the player, but through an automatic farm.
There are also a few other plugins i would like to implement and am open to other ideas.

Please remember that this server currently doen't have a massive budget, but I really trust in this idea and the more the server makes, the more you get payed. I am looking for someone to join the staff team as a developer, not a one time one plugin job.
