Looking for a developer for a post-apocalyptic server

LOOKING FOR DEVELOPER
We're currently working on an intricate project that will require the aid of a dedicated, collaborating developer. We will offer the rank of developer at the end of the project and there will be a reward. The developer we're looking for must have experience with setting up loot systems, projectile weapons, and the ability to develop custom mobs.

The reward will be that you will receive 30% off of all purchases on our store, and you will own a part of our server.

The project is as follows:
Post-Apocalyptic open-world with lots of exploration, base building system, groups, guns, loot, and many other systems and mechancics. There are zombies as well.

He mentioned the payment was 30% of donations and part ownership of the server. So he isn't paying, waste of time.

Developers aren't on here to join you for the long hawl, they want to work with you for a week or two, get paid and then get another commission. Yes you are correct. He stated the that developer gets 30% off in their webstore that they probably will never donate to.

Im pretty sure no dev would take this unless you pay them.[DOUBLEPOST=1506786045][/DOUBLEPOST]Plus its like saying - Does any developer want to develop a few plugins for our server and then donate to us after...

The developer is just losing money so why would they do it?
