I am currently looking for a dev for a work in progress server. It's mainly factions and skywars. (So far).
I'm looking for someone to do it for free. Since I will provide you with

A developer or configurator?

I'm not so good in that department, what's exactly the difference between the two?

A developer makes plugins from scratch, and a configurator manages, configures, and edits plugins.

To be honest, I could use both. As long as you can do the stuff I need for the server then any is okay. Are you intrested?
