Looking for a Developer for an Alpha server

Hello, I'm one of the owners at Cyberus Network. We're currently in need of a developer for one of our servers, which has plans to release into alpha within the near future. (Possibly a week or two.) Many of the permissions are done but there are several that still need to be cleaned up.

Requirements

Age 16+
Previous Experience

Here's what we need finished before we release the server in Alpha;

- Permission Tuning
- Role names changed
- Role hierarchy (so moderators cant tp admins)
- Plugins up to date and errors fixed.
- Transition to 1.13

Please note that this role will not be paid as of now (we currently don't have too many funds available after our recent investments.) however, in the future this will likely change. Developers who stick with our server (in the future) will receive FTP access and will receive a bi-weekly pay.

You're looking for a configurator, not a developer.

Yeah, I apologize, in our server, we generalize the rank as developer. While we are looking for a developer our main concern is configurators.

Because people are willing to do it, we had 7 people apply so far after making this post. Please don't come here to trash our thread for no reason, I'm asking because people will take the request. (2 of which exceeded our standards and currently hold a trial position.)

Sorry but your negative rep is very damning, our staff are representatives of our server which is why we have a strict policy about behavior. Not to mention your age does not suit our required age. Although we accepted younger staff we are more strict on maturity because of past incidents.

If you keep trashing our thread you will get a negative rep. This post is meant for potential applicants only, if this post does not cater towards you then you are unwelcome.

You don't have the right to tell the users of MCM what and what they can not post. As long as the post abides by the rules (which mine did), I have all rights to post it without punishment. And if I insulted you with that 1 message, you shouldn't be on the internet nor this forum. I'm sorry.

I do have a right to leave a negative rep for someone who is being malicious and slanderous. Whether intentionally or not you keep stretching the truth, such as when you left a negative reputation on my profile or here when you mention;

You're being a hindrance towards our recruitment which is why we gave you a negative rep and mentioned that you are unwelcome.
