Looking for a developer (Mini Game)

I want a developer to make a fully automatic plugin, which will allow players to join and either be in 'Good' or 'Bad' team then they will fight and the first team to break the blog on their flag wins, then it picks an map 'AUTOMATICALLY' there will be three different maps. I need to make custom kits, so you get xp per game win.
Win = 15xp
Per Kill = 3xp
Draw = 5xp
Loss = 1xp
If someone can make an plugin like this let me know, I have a big budget I prefer if you were premium and trusted I need vouches people as it's a big project!​
