Looking For A Developer/Partner To Make A KitPvP Server Inspired By Becto.net

Hello, Currently I'm looking for a developer to help me make a KitPvP server that is not identical but very close to the same as the KitPvP server located on the Becto network. I really want this server to have some sort of twist that attracts new players. Being the developer you are investing your work and possibly some of your money into the server as I'm not looking to hire a developer that I will pay to make the server, then leave. I am not looking for there to be any other owners or co-owners and the highest staff rank beside me and my developer(s) would be a manager. As a developer, you are not promised pay as you are like I said investing. If I do see you're doing an outstanding job then you will most likely receive portions of donations or pay out of my own pocket. Being a developer I expect you to be able to purchase your own plugins or resources if you do not already own them. Also being a developer I expect you to be very mature and active as much as possible. After messaging me on discord (Tap#9085) you will be interviewed and expected to have a portfolio or resume consisting work you have done before. Please do not contact me unless you are really up for the job.

Currently the server we will be developing will be growing from the ground up and so far it has no name or logo.

Seeing "like becto.net" is kind of an issue imo, and a lot of people here can probably agree with me on this:

Servers are clones of eachother for the most part, and making a KitPvP server like <servername> is a bad way to start. I would definitely hire a dev, but get them to work on something unique and exciting rather than something that's already been done. Hope I helped and best of luck
