Yeahhh, we need a more solid budget. You're avoiding the question, which likely means you're aware that whatever you're offering isn't sufficient and are hoping to find a dev who can be coerced or otherwise convinced to do it for cheaper than they should. This plugin requires some intricate AI stuff, and you sound like you want quite a lot. This plugin should cost at least in the upper numbers of double digits, if not into the triple depending on how many of these you want (AI coding isn't easy, but it's especially hard to do well. This kind of good AI isn't cheap) and how high of quality in the behavior you want. So, some budget info?
