Hello MCMarket developers!

My name is Sean and I've recently come across servers called "Earth" servers. This is basically a map of the earth, in which countries are involved and people get together and make cities.

I've noticed a lot of flaws with these being during the wars, the moderation team would choose the rewards of the war treaty, making it extremely biased. I've come up with a pitch which allows you to fully automate the system and deny the user interaction, (To an extent) allowing the plugin to determine the reward to make it fully fair to everyone.

We're looking for someone who has skills in the editing of the source code.

We're looking to completely customize SavageFactions since it has the base of what we need, but it will undergo a massive makeover.

Need someone who can make the plugin very customizable within the configurations to allow me to change it during mid-seasons, also need Database support due to the large scale of players for performance, and last but not least, I need someone who has the time, dedication, and quality performance work to make this plugin run like butter.

Forgot to mention, I'm looking for someone who is mature and has proof of experience. Preferably 18+.
