Hey, I am looking for a developer, who can make a website like this...

A website where you can purchase ads on a discord server, the advertisements are sent via a bot. The website needs to list the discord servers the bot is in, and once the user has paid, the user creates a message with a invite link, and the bot sends the message in the server selected.
