Looking for a developer who can recreate a dead plugin like KitBattle Advanced!

Hello,
My name is Scythre and I'm looking for a dev to help revive my dead server, ZeitraCraft.

About:
ZeitraCraft was a great Kit PvP server that was just starting out until it got griefed. I shut it down in rage. But, now I am reviving it almost a year later in hopes that it will grow even faster than it did before!
The plugin I used for ZeitraCraft was KitBattle Advanced. Now, this plugin is very outdated. I am looking for someone who can create a Kit PvP plugin like KitBattle Advanced that has abilities. I'd also like it to be able to add new abilities and kits and overall just more customizable.

But I guess since you don't have money to pay a developer you probably don't have money to buy the plugin either.
