Looking for a Developer with HCF experience(contracted to our server)

Greetings,

I am offering a paid service for a developer who can show and prove he has what it takes.

I am looking to be opening a HCF server with some friends within the next month
We will need a HCF core and a few other things done.

We will be paying per map and if you show that you are worth of developing on our server we will be willing to offer a full time contract.

We have opened and worked with other servers in the past and we know what it takes to open a server.

Terms and conditions:
-You cannot be working with any other servers whilst developing for us
-all rights to plugins must be given to us
-You have to show us some of your work and code so we can check it passes our standards
-you must be able to speak English and have a mic
-you have to be willing to work the hours and do late nights

The tell of a good programmer can be the length of his / her client list, if they finish to all your deadlines at an adequate timescale to fit your liking then why chain them down for the rest of the time they could be earning money?

By this it means I will not be accepting anyone who may be working for a other servers which is currently doing a HCF server they are free to work with other servers whilst doing so such as Reg Factions/Minigame etc but for HCF they will only be contracted to our HCF server if you get me but thanks for asking as this may allow other developers who read this post to understand

That is retarded, if a developer was working for a server they should be allowed to work for that server and freelance or work for others. If a server needed something done by this time, he could prioritize it.

This isn't stupid. This is smart business. Mineplex and other server giants don't allow their developers to work against them (say with Hypixel).
