Looking for a developer

Im looking for a developer that has a decent amount of experience that can make 1 small plugins and a decent sized one for around $60, price can absolutely go up but we can talk about that in a skype call/messages. The types of plugins im looking for are as followed,

• a Custom Rank-up Plugin (modified to add permissions when you rank-up + different name)
• a custom Log Mine plugin (explain more in a pm)
