Looking for a developer.

I'm currently looking for a developer to work alongside myself, for a pvp server I will have in the upcoming month or so. I have a lot of ideas I have thought out thoroughly with my management team, and we are very organized and optimistic. We have contact with youtubers and essentially we will be able to do good with advertisement. I would love a developer to work alongside me, to improve my server in the time I have planned out. I'm a developer myself, also being the owner.. I will be working with some of the plugins but I do need someone alongside me to help with most of them. Thank you for your time and consideration.
