Looking for a developer

Hello, I'm looking for experienced developer who can develop plugins on the unreleased HCF server that im currently working on.Im trying to create a Hardcore Faction server where people can have the best experience possible. I love people's creativity,imagination,and passion when it comes to a game like Minecraft.

What I'm looking for:

• You should obviously have good experience with Java and Bukkit.
• I'm only looking for people over 16.
• Must be able to speak english and use voice communication.
• A dedicated dev is what I'm pushing more towards for but I can also systematically order plugins over time
• Having high levels experience with HCF is highly recommend but NOT necessary (if you do have experience then I will pay more of course)

I pay my developers very generously, especially if they have strong experience in the HCF scene.

Why would they need to be over 16? Sure they might be "physically" mature, but not all 16 year olds are "mentally" mature. A 10-year-old could be a better coder than most people on here... Would you still not accept them?

I would like to second this statement. And just by watching the video on your channel, it would be safe to assume that by the high pitched voice you have, you are not over 16 yourself.

I am 15 and I believe I am a decent Java developer. I am confident that unlike most 'Bukkit developers,' I could pass the Java certification exam. I understand networking, SQL, generics, and even stuff like double brace initialization... yet I don't pass your requirements?
