Hello people. i am looking for a director/investor/co-owner for my new server. Me and my other owner are able to pay, but we need someone to assist in payments, and to assist us in decisions. once we earn enough donations to split, we will discuss payments. we do have development of custom plugins underway, by me, which means it is a slow process because i am not a 10/10 java developer.

We just started a few weeks ago, it is medieval type style, less minigames more games that you can sink your time into. like, at the current time, skyblock, the next game to come out is survival. we have the latest release date of cristmas. thus we do not have a player base.

First of all you ask for the generic staff applications, but they also require to pay. No ones going to apply if they get nothing out of it.
What will those who get this rank get back, a percentage? donations? how will you secure this
What is going to make your server successful, alot of servers only stay up for a few months and fail, so you need to prove that yours will work.
Whether this is custom plugins or alot of advertising.
Show what you have already put in with photos and your budget etc.
Just information etc.
