Looking for a discord bot to be made

Hello MCM Developers today I'm looking to get a discord bot created for my community. You must have the requirements stated below.

So here is what I would like you to have:

01. Be able to code the bot in Java (JDA) or JS (Discord JS).
02. Good REP and proof.
03. For you to have full consultation on the project when creating it.
04. Discord account to DM about the bot.

What I want in the bot:

01. Privet channel creator:
1a. They click an emoji it creates a private voice channel for the user who created it.
1b. Able to add and remove people to see/join their voice channel.
1c. Able to custom name it.
1d. Able to delete the channel when they want.
1e. Channel must delete when no one has been in it for after 1 hour.
1f. Has cooldown per user.
1g. All private channels go to a certain category.
02. Looking to play:
1a. They type a command and fill out the info that the boy gives them.
1b. If that must be giving (Game Role), Country, Amount of people needed.
1c. Post in a channel.
1d. Has a cooldown per user.
03. Self Roles:
1a. Has embeds that give users roles per button.
1b. Will remove certain roles when the user selects another one.
04. Polls
1a. Has a way for Admins and Owner to create custom polls
05. Socials
1a. Need it to detect when a new post is posted on TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, & Twitch.
1b. Need to be able to add other accounts to the checking lists.
