Looking for a "Donor Book Claim" Plugin. Read for more details!

Hi, I am looking for a plugin, that when my players win a rank from the "RankCrate" On my server, rather than it adding them to the group from the crate command section, I want it to give them a "Book" And, when they right click the book, it will activate the rank. Basically why I want this, is to enable the feature for players to get a rank, and then sell it to players in game. By doing this, it will give others a chance who may not be able to get a rank, a chance to get one. Now, here is what I need the plugin to be like:

Command(s):
- /rb (List all commands)
- /rb reload (Reloads the config)
- /rb give %player% >RankBookName< (This is what I will put into the config for them to actually get the book to activate when clicked.)
- The above command needs to be editable, what I mean by this is, I need to make it so that I can change the rank name to different ranks. So, say they win Thug, It will be /rb give %player% Thug (This will give them 1 Thug Rank Book to be able to claim, But I will also need it to be able to have all my other donor ranks such as /rb give %player% Ares and so on)

Permission(s):
- rb.give (This is a 100% needed perm, as I only want Owners to have access not OPS.)
- rb.claim (This will allow players to claim the book they have)
- rb.reload (Only people with this perm can reload the plugin)



Config:
I want the config to be 100% Customizable, messages, name on the book, everything. So, How I would like the config setup is as followed:

Ares:
Book name format: "&cAres Rank"
RankBookLore: "&eThis is an Ares Rank Book Right click to claim your rank"
RankBookBroadcast: "/bc &c%player% has just claimed their &eAres Rank Book!"
Command(s):
- "(cmd:/rb give %player% Ares" <--- This is just so the plugin knows the commands for each thing, and then I can copy paste and add as many new ranks as I wish to add in the future.

Message(s).yml:
Ability to customize the /rb layout and look.



I do not know what this plugin will cost, but let me know if you can make this for me, and roughly what you would charge, I am not currently looking to buy this today, in the coming weeks, If I see someone I like, I will shot you a PM, and I will tell you more details as to when I will need this made. This plugin needs to be fully compatible with CratesReloaded (Mystery Crates made by:
dinosaur on spigot!)

You are aware OPs have access to all permissions?

I know another way to achieve what you want though - So only owners have access to a permission.

I am aware, however I know how to block commands to them, I just want that as a "Fail Safe" Type thing. It is not 100% required, but would be nice to have.

Why not make it so only console has access to ? Like the first time you install pex.

Good idea, I didn't quite think of this at the time. But, yes this would be a good feature to add in place of a perm.

Scamming shouldn't be a problem when purchasing custom plugins; ask to be shown the plugin on a test server before you send payment, even if you pay before receiving the plugin.

There is no reason to scam if it's obvious a dev has a plugin

The guy making it is giving me the plugin first. Letting me load it into my server, and test it. But, there is always a chance someone can code a bug to destroy the server ya know
