Looking for a factions config to be made!

Hi, I am looking for a factions config to be made.

Basically I want it like TheArchon has it, however I would like the color to be changed, here is how TheArchon has it - https://gyazo.com/09e91a72f3f7c475aff353e854936ca1

I would like it to be like this:
First line:

&cDescription: &7Default Faction Description!
&cJoining: &7Invite is Required!
&cLand &8/ &7Power &cMaxPower &8- &c0&8 / &720 &8/ &c20
&cAllies: &8(&c0&8/&{infinity}&8):
&cOnline: &8(&c{online_players}&8/&7{total_players}&8): &a(List of players)
&cOffline: &8&c{oneline_players}&8/&7{total_players}&8) (DO NOT LIST OFFLINE PLAYERS!)


I do not want it to cost money to claim, create faction, or anything else like that. This is an OPFactions server, so we do not need it to be costing money to make factions etc. I would like it to be almost the same as TheArchons Factions plugin basically. (CONFIG WISE) As I have been playing there forever, and do not wanna have to change how I learned to play now.

For the /f power I would like it to basically be the same format/colors as above. So, &c, &7, and &8.


Please let me know if you can do this for me, and how much you would charge, thanks!

Also, I am in need of a /f top plugin, is that built into the Factions plugin, or is it separate?
