Looking for a Factions Spawn & PvP Arena

I have a client that needs a Factions server setup made for him, but the thing is, he has no builds.

So, I'm looking for a PRE-BUILT faction spawn and pvp arena, preferably 75x75 and above. The build must be good. If it has a custom war zone, then even better. I'm not looking for a specific theme, so bring me anything you got, if I like it, I'll purchase it.

The client is not looking to spend a lot for the builds.
