Looking for a few custom plugins

Hello,
I run a server which is currently under development called Kingdom's Reach. I am looking for developer(s) to make a few plugins.

Kingdom Plugin

Description: With a certain perm node, players are able to create a "kingdom". This would be similar to factions. You should be able to claim land and such, invite members, and manage their rank. Ranks would go from Visitor to Member to Officer. In each "Kingdom" there would be one king. This by default is the person who founded the kingdom. This should be able to hand off to another person like transferring ownership of the kingdom.

Denouncing Plugin

Description: A player can use /denounce (playername) and it will respond with a broadcast of "(User) has denounced (targetuser). This will have a 24 hour cooldown.

Payment: $5 negotiable

I don't think I'll have time currently to do the Kingdoms for you as it's quite large, but you mentioned you have other plugins you need so if you haven't found someone feel free to PM me.
