I've spoken to my developer about the plugin and he told me about it - he's off to vacation for a week or two so can't do it right now

I doupt you will find any developer to work for free in return of vouches and a developer rank, atleast an expirienced developer...

That's not true, I've had 3 plugins made for free, all of which were small/medium like this.
Also, I'm happy to pay if someone is willing to do this. Near $5/6/7, but prefer it to be for free.

Probably not good code, static abused and skidded. I can make you a gambing plugin in under 30 mins if I skid... but to make it all myself, quality code, and bug-free it can take up to 2-3 days. Therefore, free custom plugins is never the option. The only reason I find logicly is either to get dev on your server and just feel badass stuff, or either to show what he can do if he is new. If a dev is making a free plugin check what he provides you.

I'm looking for a plugin that hooks into citizens, so I can use like a villager as an NPC. When players click it, it will open a GUI.

The config should look close to this:

why exactly isn't it a thread worth trashing?

you're being cheap, have no respect for anyone's time and shouldn't be running a server at all. this thread doesn't deserve a single serious reply. but this is minecraft and a bunch of 11 year old inexperienced developers will queue up to do your bidding. don't expect much in terms of quality.

edit: fwiw, wtf are you doing with supreme and premium if you can't even afford a developer? spend your money in the right places.

I understand the frustration, this plugin should not take any longer than 30 mins and I think $6/7 is reasonable for this time. If you do not think this is reasonable, then that's fine, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

I still don't understand what you're trying to make? A gui that opens and you click an item for $2500 and it randomly gives you a prize?
