Looking for a Front-End designer

Hey everyone,

We are a software development studio startup (We make Custom Enterprise Software. We also make Minecraft plugins for cheap to help the community!)

We are looking for a front-end web designer to help us set up our website (our current one is a template. Which isn't great). We plan to have a quite large website and can do all the backend stuff ourselves; it's just all of our team members are back-end developers who have expressed they would be unable to help us design the site.

As it stands, we can't offer any cash, which sucks, and we are aware of this.
However, we are willing to trade service-for-service (we will make you a plugin or piece of software for free in return) or we are also prepared to offer $1,000 in Class B shares in our corporation. (Must be legally allowed to own shares in a Canadian Corporation)

I highly doubt anyone here will work for free or in return for a trade.

I also highly doubt anyone is of legal age to acquire the shares or wants them - as an LLC you should be able to get cash as it's pretty essential for a startup.
