Looking for a frontend developer for project (PAID)

The title says it all. I'm looking for strictly a frontend developer who's able to work with me and a server owner to create a Discord Bot with web integration. You will also need to be able to design the site too. Must be mobile responsive and must have a consistent theme. This will be a publically accessible site for a 150k discord server.

Looking for someone who has previous experience creating nice sites, and can't be too expensive -- we'll talk about prices later. As of now just looking for people who are up for the job.
