Looking for a full time builder

Looking to pay a builder preferably monthly.

Must have the following requirements:

1. Portfolio
2. A mic
3. Able to get builds done in an appropriate time
4. Able to build in all versions from 1.7-1.19 using all blocks
5. Able to Terraforming
6. English speaker
7. Have knowledge of different gamemodes and maps that are relevant to them (eg HCF Map, hub, skywars, factions)
