Looking for a full time configurator!!!

I don't just want a dev that comes and goes whenever there's money involved, obviously there will be money! but sometimes I'm gonna need u to do small little things that shouldn't require payments! I'm going to be fair with you! as i want to work as a team together! which is why I'd like it if you could be fair with me back. i want a partner, someone who can be there and help fix bugs out of his own free will! we are a big community are staff is like a family and we work all together as a team to accomplish big goals. also keep in mind that if at times prices are low it will never (ALWAYS) be low! i have multiple game modes i want to open such as (faction) (SkyBlock) (Prison) (Creative) etc... so keep that in mind. Are you wanting a dev or a configurator because in your description you are talking about a dev but your title says configurator (they are two separate things)?
