Looking for a full time developer for the server.

Hi I own a server known as PixelDark! It is currently in development and needs a developer to work on some custom plugins!
Requirements: Knowledge of how to code plugins with forge.
At least 6 Months of Java experience
At least 3 Positive ratings
Can work with the mod pixelmon as the plugins will be based around that!

Pay:

I do not pay by the plugin I will pay per month or you will get a percentage of the profits from the server pay will be negotiated in pms.

Small plugins is 5-8$ Regular Price
Medium Plugin 15-18$ I think that's good
Large plugin $30-38
Prices vary

What I mean by full time is that you will be the server developer as you will make most of the plugins.
