Hey everyone! I remember being on this forum about 6 years ago or so. Damn, I can't believe it's that long. I would create little graphics and profile pictures for people on Canva in return of a vouch. That's about as far as I took my Minecraft entrepreneur career. Anyways, enough rambling on about my own little history with this site, I'm here to find a committed individual looking to prove their worth and be rewarded handsomely in return. It should be noted that due to UK employment law and the nature of the job, I'm unable to take any applicants that are under the age of 18. Unfortunately there is no way around this so unless you meet this requirement do not apply.

ABOUT THE JOB:
  • Fast paced environment
  • Work alongside committed and skilled individuals
  • Incredibly competitive salary - start on 2k p/m with scope to double this within your first 3 months
  • Start-up environment - As a young company (1 year old) we are extremely focused on growth

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD:
  • Be able to communicate with off-shored, non-native employees in a clear and cohesive manner.
  • From a native english-speaking country (UK, US, Canada, Australia). If you are not from these countries, but however, posses a high level of English fluency and communication your application would be considered.
  • Competent on a PC.
  • Stable internet & power
  • Hungry & ambitious - should be competing with all peers to outwork and out-perform them. I believe that a manager should never be able to be out-worked by an individual that they are managing.

Why am I searching on a minecraft forum for this position?

Truth be told, I'm looking for a hungry individual that wants to dominate in the area they work. In typical job sites, the only applicants I've come across are your standard employee types that don't want to work weekends. I remember my time here, where if I was paid for a project I would barely sleep 6 hours to ensure that project was completed. Therefore I'm looking for an entrepreneurial type of individual rather than employee.

I'm from Serbia(I have an channel based in english) so I think that pretty much sums the fact that my ability to speak/type in english is at the fluent level

Just to clarify, this is not a specific project. This is a position in our company which is a permanent, full time role.
