As a former staff member of ByteAnia myself, I can indeed confirm what sbwoods1234 is putting forward. The company has good hardware, very stable in terms of expenses, but it lacks two key things: Reliable networking, and support. It is very much "Here you go, now get on with it". I would say they are worth keeping an eye on incase they do resolve their past issues, but at the current moment I would also agree to hold off on going with them.
